I have been fascinated by the field of human emotions and interpersonal relationships since my engagement in personal therapy. The experience of verbalising thoughts and emotions in an open way without the risk of being judged empowered me to improve my well-being significantly. During those therapy sessions, I was intrigued most about how much empathy and active listening can be such growth-promoting for humans. Enchanted by this strong interest, I set up a blog channel to deliver my version of text-based therapy by asking strangers to leave their issues. Furthermore, I attended an Introductory Certificate in Counselling course to enhance my counselling skills in the UK. I hope I can apply what I have learnt from the theory to real-life scenarios and help a wider community.
