Help with school anxiety

...See more im not a person who gets anxious very easily, but school starts tomorrow after nd I can feel my whole body shaking. I don't wanna eat anything and think I might pass out. If I tell my parents they'll think Im just trying to get out of going, but I'm really scared because the first day of school has never been that intimidating to me. I guess I was just hoping that someone could give me some advice on how to calm myself down and get back to myself. Any answers are extremely appreciated. Thanks for everything!
