Bio
I discovered the importance of mental health 3 years ago when I was at my lowest point in life and I didn't know what to do. I did not have any friends around me since I was socially awkward and people thought I was arrogant (I m not sure if I was, I was just lonely and desperate). Long story short, I did overcome my issues and came out stronger. It took me 3 years to recover. I did seek professional help but I still always felt no one listened to me. I wonder sometimes if I could recover sooner and even better if I had someone to listen to me. Not just professionally but personally too. Well, I will never know it. Now, I just don't want the same to happen to someone else. Now I happen to have the patience and strength to help others overcome their issues. I am not a therapist, I am your friend. I am here to help you. All you need to do is ASK! Life is too short to be sad, let's acknowledge the sadness, resolve it, bring happiness into the picture, make a better life and live gracefully.
