I'm a bit chaotic, confused and circumspect.

40 something, ADHD, PTSD, and physically disabled with chronic pain from injury's. Trying to get better at the whole alcohol thing as well

I am pretty open to talking about my experiences and the effects on life. But of course am still learning and managing and all that.

As many do, one of my main coping methods is humor, dark, self-deprecating, and lots of dad jokes / puns.

Also, just decided spelling wasn't important when I was a kid... And I'm still not very good at it.
