Bio
I learned a long time ago be kind to everyone because everyone is fighting some sort of their own battle. I had and still have my share of battles. and have learned much along the way.  I coach executives and am an advocate for those with Bipolar Disorder .  My aim is to help reduce STIGMA  and to help those with these issues understand that they did nothing wrong.

They were very nice, I felt bad that they were up so late, but I do wish I could have talked to them (or someone) for a bit longer, as talking and distracting myself from my anxiety helps overcome the panic point. I understand though that maybe they're restricted by rules and such, so overall, they helped quiet a bit. Thank you.
