...See more Hello, I'm a 27 year old person diagnosed (so far) with PTSD, BPD, OCD and recurring depression. I'm also living poly and kink, struggling with my sexuality, and not buying into a bunch of societal norms. I have professional support from a therapist and a DBT group, so you wouldn't have to worry about pressure to be the one true help or anything. I'm just looking for a listener I can build trust with, and who can lend a regular(-ish-)ly ear. I'd like to chat about topics such as my struggle to stay on track of getting better when I don't believe that I can get better. About everyday relationship issues and which responses and thoughts are healthy. And about how I can remember to be more mindful of my surroundings and practice self care l.
