Hi my name is KayLee. I'm 21 and I willingly threw myself into adulthood at 18. It's been hard, I try to manage everything myself but I've come to terms that I need to talk. Not only is adult life hard but adult relationships as well.

...See more Hello my name is KayLee, I'm new to this app but since I've downloaded I've done nothing but find comfort within this community. Not only have I come to talk, I've come to learn too! My boyfriend of 3yrs has Bipolar & ADHD. I've never been around someone with Bipolar till I met my love, at times it's hard for us (like most couples) to communicate. I personally need to know more about bipolar to further understand him. I want to help him when an episode occurs. Please if any of you have the time could you inform in how to communicate better?
