I'm 33, struggling with mental health issues like worsening anxiety and depression, self hatred, drinking too much, etc. I havent told my family and dont want to bother them or make them worry. Some friends know but only the tip of the iceberg, from jokes and memes I post. So no one really know how bad and ugly it gets. I try to use my hobbies to help. Currently video games and binging Netflix. I know, lame lol. So yeah that's me in a nutshell lol
