Hey there! I am a spouse to a veteran with PTSD. Supporting him with his mental illness can take an emotional toll on me.
My first husband had schizo-affective disorder as well. I am a great listener, and although not a professional in the field, I have a thorough knowledge of neurological functions, and neural processing rehabilitation techniques. Sometimes I need support; sometimes I need to give to support! 😁
