...See more So this has been on my mind a lot recently. I have a person that confided some stuff to me. She knows I have some type of issues but doesn't know anything about them but wants me to talk to her about them. I would like to say that I am recovering from SH and part of that process, I think, should be being able to talk about it with other people. So, I was really thinking and considering telling her about my SH and about my past and about some of my mental struggles. The problem is, I'm borderline anxiety attack just typing all this here. Any advice for telling someone? Good idea or bad idea?
