Help how do I come out to my parents

...See more I just recently (like a year ago) found out I was queer. Iā€™ve told some of my friends and I actually have the best girlfriend ever, but I have no clue how to come out to my parents.. they have not been the most supportive of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and I donā€™t have the best relationship with them and idk what to do. last year I first came out as bi to my friends. and my parents got this thing where they can see everything I search up and I had searched stuff up about what I was feeling and they confronted me about it. they said all this stuff about how ā€œbeing queer is bad for your mental healthā€ ā€œthe community isnā€™t acceptingā€ ā€œa you shouldnā€™t be queer you should just be normalā€ and that was over me thinking I was bisexualā€¦ Iā€™m horrified of what they might do if I tell them Iā€™m lesbianā€¦ and I honestly donā€™t also know how to tell people either. I just need some help honestlyĀ
