Former Registered Social Worker who has started on a new journey of being a professor, freelance consultant and I am also navigating being a first time mother. I have been struggling with some mental health challenges over the last few months and came back to 7Cups under a new username (forgot my last one) in order to find a supportive community as I have been more isolated lately as well. I am hoping to improve my over all state of being over the next couple months and this is just one step that will help me in that process.
