Bio

I am a teacher. I have struggled with Bipolar I, social anxiety, and OCD.

Great support from me is possible due to my over three years of working with a DBT therapist, masters in counseling (active listening training),  and my many years of recovery stories in which I have learned about hope and perseverance .

I do NOT work with members for sexual health, sexual chat, or relationships both long distance or in person. 

We will work together on your journey.

We are stronger together and never alone.

Here is a writing prompt for your journal.  (GIFT) G Gratitude (list three to five things you are grateful for) I Intention (what is your intention for today) F feelings (what emotions are you feeling now or big ones you've experienced today) T Thoughts (write out anything that you want, perhaps proud moments or tasks you accomplished or simple plans for the next day) Please note: Journaling is your way of expressing your thoughts and feelings.
