Bio

I am a retired teacher from NY. I live with my wife and my dog. I have struggled with Bipolar I, Severe Social anxiety, and OCD

I have been battling my mental conditions for over 35 years. My treatment team includes my psychiatrist, DBT therapist, and online support networks.

Great support from me is possible due to my over three years of working with a DBT therapist, masters in counseling (active listening training),  and my over 30 years of recovery stories in which I have learned about hope. We will make it together on our journey.
