...See more Hello I am new here. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. This pandemic threw me in a tailspin and I went to the ER twice with panic attacks so bad I Really thought I might die. My doctor has me on medication that is finally start to work. I have come here to find strategies and hope that my anxiety will no longer take over my life.
