My name is Angel, and I would be most delighted to assist with almost anything you may be struggling with. I may not always have the right answer, but I always do my best to listen, support, and guide. I am a very open, honest and relaxed individual, who has much patience and does not prefer to put a time limit on my chats. This being said, I usually allow as much time as needed. As a girl who lives with Clinical Depression and both Generalized and Social Anxiety Disorder, I personally know how it feels to deal with these awful demons, and how real the struggle can be! But I also know how to tackle it, and kick those demons to the curve! Further, I am currently studying to work in the Disability Support field, and specialize in Autism/Asperger’s. I would be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have about you or someone you love who is on the Autism Spectrum. That being said, I will never be the expert on you or the individual you discuss, as no two people with Autism are alike. I can only provide helpful advice or answer general questions!
Topics that I cover include: Grief and Loss, Managing Emotions, Confidence Building, Breakups, Forgiveness, and most importantly, Self-Love.
If you would like to discuss something different, or you simply just want to chat in order to take any negative thoughts or emotions off your mind, I am open to that as well.
