...See more Assalamualiakum everyone! I am rather new to Islam and I'm facing a bit of difficulties in life right now. I am struggling with accepting that I can't be a perfect Muslim. I also find the idea of the afterlife to be rather intimidating and I'm scared I'm not a good enough person. I find it difficult to deal with my negative thoughts since I don't really know many Muslims and therefore don't feel like I can ask anyone for guidance. That's why I'm writing here, to hopefully get some perspective on things. My questions are: Do you ever feel overwhelmed or the need to be perfect in all aspects of life? Does the afterlife scare you? How do you deal with making mistakes? If you got any tips on how to feel less overwhelmed feel free to share. Hope you all will have an amazing day!
