...See more hello, i dont know what to do. I have anxiety. my girlfriend have a sister who she friend with my ex. Suddenly, i got freakin out. I dont want to tell my girlfriend because i was worry if she will mad at me or she will tell her sister what did i say. I told her you might be mad but i wasnt sure if i should tell my girlfriend. I dont like anyone get in our business and worry if my ex follow me everywhere or trying to break us up. My ex and i have been over for five years and i feel like she's everywhere. I dont want to sound like im controlling, just bad trauma
