I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with needing to LET IT OUT, no matter what the issue may be!


I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help by listening to you.

I have personally dealt with things such as messy and rough breakups, stress of toxic relationships, ADHD, drug and alcohol abuse, sexual assault as well as just self doubt of where I’m at in life.
