This is first time I took help and I am glad that I did I do not know whom I talked to but if I ever recovered from this I will say this person helped me The conversation was so positive and wanting me like just knew what my problem was and helped me

Who ever they are, they gave such amazing advice. I don’t care if it was a boy or a girl they gave straight amazing advice and they were able to help me breathe and calm down.
