I'm in a very good place at the moment. After many years I now lead a very healthy lifestyle. I have good supportive friends and plenty of interests such as rock climbing, wandering in nature, acting, tending plants, baking bread, and so on. I'm back in love with life and work as a group facilitator across a variety of modalities. I'm here to add extra support to my mental health and the health of those I encounter here. It's good to be a part of this community. x
