My Ex is ignoring his Son

...See more Hello, I have an Ex we dated off and on for 18 yrs I'm sure you read my other post about him being Engaged now, Anyways when he's with different girls he ignores his Son or doesn't come around anymore or contact him. Is this his way of punishing me? Why does he act this way that's his Son too? This is the 2nd time he has done this to his Son every time he meets a new woman and they start dating he ignores his 1st Son. Now he's Engaged and moved in with her he doesn't come around or contact my Son anymore, I know it upsets my Son as well as me. What can I do? Should I take him back to Court?

...See more I was with my Ex off and on for 18 yrs. When we dated for a Year we were Engaged but sadly we broke up because all we did was fight it was everyday we were at each others throats. I was 15 yrs old when I met him I was young and naïve. He was my first love. He dated a few girls over the Years and when I said we were off and on he would date them then come back to me this went for on Years. He's done multiple things to hurt me he used me, he cheated on me, he was even intimate with a few girls. I also found out he was into drugs and alcohol this was after the time I found out I was Pregnant he thought the baby didn't belong to him that I cheated on him. After finding out through DNA test the baby did in fact belong to him he tried coming around saying he wanted to be a Family and make things work between us. We tried numerous times and it wouldn't work out. He was still into drugs and alcohol and I didn't find out until through the grape vine a few of his Friends told me. We were dating at one time and I went on Vacation and sadly we lost contact when I came back hoping we'd pick up where we left off I found out he was Married I wasn't even gone a week and he was Married, They stayed together for a Year, had a baby together, got divorced. He started talking to me again and I wouldn't speak to him, went on for a Year before I talked to him again, We started dating again but my trust in him was at zero. Our life together was like a roller coaster ride. We couldn't make it work. So we broke up again. It's been almost 5 yrs since we talked. He was contacting me via *** but almost 2 yrs ago that stopped. I found out he's Engaged on Dec. 14th 2022 he's been with her for almost 2 yrs My Son told me that. My Son doesn't like her. Ever since he's been with her he's been ignoring his Fatherly duties and spending more time with this Girl, This isn't the first time he's done that. He's even into drugs and alcohol again, He has a Court case coming up in February for burglary, trespassing and drugs, Him and her both was caught. She even tried to blame everything on him. Why wasn't I good enough for him? Why didn't he stay with me? Why did he leave me? So many questions. I can't wrap my head around it. It's haunting me. Plz some advice is needed. Thanks!
