...See more I've accepted recently that I am an "anxious empath". I experience other people's feelings and hurt very intensely. In particular those of my immediate family members that I live with. My family members bicker and argue a lot with my Dad being very grumpy and says hurtful things to my Mam and other family members a lot. A lot of the time I don't think he even realizes that what he is saying is going to hurt someone. I immediately feel a sense of panic and hurt. A lot of the time, the person who has received the not so nice comment gets over it and moves on from it ten times faster than I have. I just hate it. It's the worst feeling ever and it hurts me so much. Any other anxious empaths out there?
