...See more Hiya, I was wondering if getting headaches from anxiety is a real thing. I have noticed the last few days my anxiety and overthinking has worsened that I have had extremely painful headaches causing me to effectively ‘waste the day as such, this has happened before so I am trying to link it all together - my mum is not understanding and blames it on my age all the time but it cant be true as none of my friends get sore headaches all the time. I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing similar things and how they have helped stop them, thank you in advance :).
