Hey there, I'm Sarena, currently an intern on this site and I'm happy to listen to anyone. Everyone's got a story, and I want to hear yours! I feel that any story is worth hearing. Feel free to speak to me whether you need a shoulder, a friend, or simply company : ) Life is definitely not easy to pull through, but you have already succeeded by trying hard. I'm not able to solve your problems, you are the person who can, however, I can promise you that you'd have someone to walk with you along the process of the road of either getting better, or towards solving it. Everyone deserves to be heard, and someone to walk along them.

...See more I first heard of 7 cups when a friend of mine was struggling with a tough breakup. She was constantly using her pc for a week, and one day I finally asked her what she was up to, wanting to take her out for food. She turned her monitor towards me showing a few chatrooms open, and a beautiful, mellow blue themed site. She said it helped her in a great way. I have often caught myself thinking what it would be like to help others more. And this is one of the many ways in which I'm able to. I'm extremely honored to be a part of this community. And extremely proud, of each and one of you. Whether you're a member or a listener, it's irrelevant. Keep up the good job, and hold your head up high. Cheers mates!

I really want to thank her for taking time out to talk to me. I kept blabbing, not realizing that its way beyond her sleeping time, but she kept on listening and gave brilliant replies that made my day so much more better. God bless you and all your wonderful pets. :D
Sarena was the best listener that I got after a lot of lousy ones. And she was worth the wait. Not only did she calmed me down after a bad experience with the previous listener but also gave me the time to talk about my issues, listened with full attentiveness replied nice replies, instead of short robotic ones, which meant she really understood what I wanted to say. And gave me ways I could cope with me problems. I can't ever repay her back. Neither do I have the kind of empathy or the listening ability or the patience like she does, I can go on, but I guess I have made my point. Thanks Sarena. You are a marvel.
Fun to talk to. Insightful, caring. Made me feel so comfortable just in our first talk, like we were lifelong friends, and she being the sort of a friend I always wished I had. Thanks. :)

Patient and reliable, it really feels like she listens to you with all her heart, even when the same problem is brought up over and over again, she still listens. It's simply a joy talking to her about anything, even just small chit chat with her can make you feel less down, or atleast it is that way for me :)
She was very helpful...caring..willing to listen and give careful, logical advice. I'd rate 9 out of 10 out of just one conversation. She was wonderful help.

Took the time to ask open ended questions that allowed me to think about why I was feeling so down, and connected to a time when she felt that way as well. Very empathetic and encouraging.
She was really friendly and helpful and provided me with the answers to my questions in a quick manner
