...See more I hope I'm in the right spot. I've been having trouble with self-harm and depression. If your trained in crisis intervention that could come in handy with me on occasion and would be much appreciated. I lack much control sometimes and on others I can think quite clearly. I know that my self-destructive thoughts and actions are wrong but I can't help myself... I've started to ask my parents for help but I have to wait for the right time. Please help me
