...See more Hey everyone, I am looking for an older Listener (30+) to help me through some things: # Long-Term Severe Depression - Diagnosed at 18, on Disability. Winter is here, which makes it worse. # Abuse/Trauma and PTSD - Abusive parents as a kid, abusive relationships, sexual assault survivor. Stress symptoms are starting to get worse (numb, bouts of derealization, weird thoughts/paranoia, panic attacks, etc) # Long-Term Unemployment - I feel like I have no purpose? I have skills just 0 motivation? # Dysphagia - Malnutrition due to illness, underweight, hate eating because it's so frustrating and defeating. Who the hell cries over plates of food while they're starving?! This girl! I know I seem like a huge mess, I just need someone who can understand and help me pull myself together. I being inside my own head has always been comfortable, and now it's starting to get weird? I hate being a burden on other people, and I hate asking for help. But I am starting to kind of scare myself and nobody close to me understands.
