Not sure what to put here but I'm trying. I'm a woman in my 40s. Plagued with many tragedies and lack of guidance growing up that I'm surprised I'm still around. But nonetheless I am here. Why? Who knows but I'm sure it's a dang good reason. I get sad I get anxious I get happy and sometimes I just get tired of trying. So I'm here to try this out and see if I can make it work for me and maybe I can help others along the way. Namaste
