...See more So today I thought I felt better when I woke up today. It felt nice to be held by my mind, I cleaned my room, it's nice to have a clean room. As the day went on l found myself confronted with the wall of darkness yet again. It tried to tell me I'm not worth getting better. It tried to get me to fall in love with the idea of suicide. It tried to make me alone by mentally distancing myself from my family. It took my energy and told me it was worth taking. It took my light then replaced that with darkness. It wanted to work in peace, with no intervention so it could suck my life energy away. It knew that when the darkness hit, I wouldn't have any fight left. But today I'm standing up for myself, this is why I downloaded this app.
