Mentions of self harm without a proper tw beforehand

Conflict / targeted conflict towards me

Mentions of smoking, alcohol / other substance abuse (A trauma thing)

Being cursed at or yelled at whilst I'm trying my best to help whomever is in need

Rude people coming after me or my friends, genuinely makes me feel a bit shaky.
