Hello there! I am just a teenager fighting depression, anxiety, ED and chronic pain. Recovery will be tough, but I believe I can overcome these obstacles one step at a time. :) I love to read, write, sing and spend quality time with the people I love :)

Not sure if anything like this has been already created, but I thought this thread would be helpful for people struggling with suicidal thoughts Here's three of my reasons to stay alive: 1) My family needs me 2) There are more books to read 3) There's more YUMMY FOOD TO EAT :) Write as many reasons as you want!
