...See more My husband left me more than a year ago. To my surprise, a boyfriend materialized around May, and we had lots of fun together. He is intelligent, charming, and hit a bunch of my "must-haves". Several weeks ago he abruptly broke up with me. ("I just am not that attracted to you" - crap!). I did not see it coming and was totally blind-sided. Since I was dumped by my husband, and, have been unemployed for more than a year, this was yet another rejection, and I was just devastated. Now that I have a few weeks distance from it, I hope I can understand what happened better. It wasn't that he was deceiving me about his level of interest. I think he was swept up in the force of nature that is RedVineMaple, and was willing to be carried along for a while. But longer-term, the hassle of dealing with me outweighed whatever I was offering him. That's what I think, at least. I think I need to get a job before I get another boyfriend :-) .

...See more I tried the yoga pose, "crow" today, and actually got my feet off the ground, so it was my first flight! Key was to pitch my weight forward fearlessly. Downside is that I spectacularly toppled, causing the whole class to gawp at me, but considering it was the first time up, I don't mind.
