I am 31, was diagnosed with ADHD when i was 13, Severe depression when i was 14, generalized anxiety when i was 26 and ptsd when i was 30... The last 17 years have been a challenge. Living day to day having no want to exist, and knowing that made people aroind me upset made it worse. I am now on medication for both depression and anxiety am alot better but there are still days where i feel better off not being here.
