Hi there! I’m glad you came to 7 Cups. I’ve made it through a lot of difficult times in my life, and want to reaffirm: You are not alone. Even through your darkest moments: You are not alone. I have worn many hats, from ‘Parent’ to ‘Vagabond,’ and everything in between. Currently, I am a life coach and focus on areas of grief; of personal relationships; coping with addiction, as well as the journey of creating/recreating Self, whether it be a career shift or changing the way we meet the world each day.
