I'll start off by introducing myself, so that I'm not a complete stranger. I'm a trained listener on 7Cups. I enjoy reading, writing, and spending time with good friends. My passions are Psychology and Photography.
You've just taken that first courageous step by joining 7 Cups. You're in the right place. I would like to help anyone struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, Grief, Self-Harm, Managing Emotions and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
I have first-hand experience with these challenges, both through dealing with them personally, and helping others going through these same issues. We all need a helping hand sometimes, and to talk to someone who can understand what we're going through. I'd like to be that person for you, and will be here with you every step of the way.
