Very easy to talk and relate to, helped me a lot.
He is a really great guy, his response time was great and could keep the conversation going, even though the questions were a little bit weird sometimes, it still kept it going :D . He also responded really fast, It really felt like good conversation.

However, the most important aspect was Empathy.He knew exactly what I was feeling (since he went into a similar problem like me).This was very good, because I never talked to someone who actually experienced this feeling.
Talking to Ramon was like talking to an old friend :)
