Trying to break my porn/sex addiction

...See more This feels insanely embarrassing to even admit but I'm seriously struggling and have been for years. I'm 16, and have been insanely hypersexual since maybe 9..? 10? 11? It definitely got accelerated and kickstarted then. It stems from me being a victim of COCSA, online grooming and unsupervised Internet access and stumbling across porn and dirty images, and it's been going headstrong ever since, maybe even worse than before. I was clean on my porn addiction for a few months before I caved and broke my streak. I'm not as worried about my masturbation addiction since it doesn't necessarily contribute to a harmful industry but usually the two go hand in hand. Plus i don't think normal 16 year olds do it as frequently as I do, we're talking like damn near over 10 times a week. I literally rely on it to sleep half the time or as a stress reliever and coping mechanism and it isn't healthy when I do it as excessively as I do. I've tried to stop multiple times, only for my mind to start wandering and getting urges and then I just break my streak again after a day or two, I can't help it, it gets really distracting and I want to at least stop watching porn entirely and dial down my sex addiction itself to a healthy manageable amount. If anyone would help hold me accountable that would be lovely...
