...See more I am about to go to a new therapist since my old one was too much money. I have a lot of anxiety around new therapists. I had a bad therapist a while back and she would get angry at me any time I did not know the answer to something. How do you become comfortable around a new therapist? What are things you all look for in therapists/ how do you open up to a person you do not know?
