Holã holã. 😁 Not sure what to put here, but I would like to help peoples best I can and try and make things more managable for people where I can. The topics I think I relate most to are anxiety, depression, and social awkwardness. Though, when dealing with general anxiety, still managing how to do that. I checked the boxes of topics I feel most comfortable helping with, but really I'm okay to talk about ever is troubling those who ask for help. So feel free to reach out, if I feel like I cannot help or if something might be too much for me, I'll let you know calmly and respectfully, don't worry. I get sometimes it's hard to ask for help.
