...See more I'm getting so tired of this. My mom is beyond stubborn and very aggressive. She fights for everything and doesn't accept things not happening the way she wants. What she wants is usually not what the majority wants so it'll always lead to an argument, leading to the "majority winning". My dad's tired of dealing with this for 2 decades now, he yells quite mean things (I think they'd count as verbal abuse) and probably like literal grounds for divorce (not that they're getting one, just trying to give context on how rude it gets) Neither person will accept they're wrong, neither is willing to back down. That means my sister and I always get caught in the middle. Can't support my mom cause she's wrong, can't support my dad cause what he says is beyond unacceptable no matter what, neither will listen if you say they're both wrong. It's just so annoying, I genuinely think one day all this pent up emotions is gonna give me a heart attack cause of how annoying it is. I can't think of what to do. If I get my dad to shut up, it still doesn't solve the actual problem which is my mom's unnecessary arguments. If I try to show her what she's doing wrong, she will never accept it and change the topic to what he says. Like come on bro, you can't control what others say, at least fix your own faults first. Honestly feel like my sis and I are more adult-like than them.
