I am here to listen to anything you need or want to talk about. This is a no judgment zone and I am here to offer what advice I can and to lend an ear if you just need to vent.
I will listen to people who are suicidal and/or who struggle with tendencies, but I cannot promise that I am the best for that. If I cannot help you to the extent that you need, I will suggest you to another person or professional immediately to help you. Please also call the suicide hotline.
