...See more I found out my ex boyfriend had been cheating on me throughout the entire relationship w/ more than one girl. I am currently working on cutting him off. does anyone have any advice on how to stop feeling so self-conscious or insecure after seeing the girls he cheated with? I keep thinking back to all the texts I read and what I know they said about me and what he said to them. I don’t know how to stop thinking about it. also if anyone had any advice on how to cut him off completely, since I am having a hard time completely cutting contacts.
