Hello, welcome and well met. I have experience in various supportive roles within the Education system, and currently work within a Social Services capacity where active listening and unprejudiced thinking are a part of my profession. I have been through quite a lot of turmoil in my life and there have been many times where I felt like giving up, but was lucky enough to find a helping hand along the way. I am pleased to now have the opportunity to pay it forward in any way I can.
I am "addicted" to learning and as such, have developed a broad academic understanding of spirituality, psychology, nueroscience, nutrition and biomedicine over the years. My goal here is not to replace your physician and/or specialist/s, but rather to afford you the opportunity to express yourself in an anonymous environment devoid of judgement, prejudice and pretense. I am also happy to offer insights that draw upon my experience if that is what you seek and I am more than happy to link you to resources to get you off on the right path.
