...See more I moved to a new country 6 months ago, away from civil war. I am finding it very hard to move on. I'm having sleep paralysis almost every night. I barely sleep due to the horrible things I dream. And that's the tip of the iceberg. I don't and can't have access to medical support (psychologists and therapists). I have reached a breaking point. And I don't know what to do anymore.
