I'm open to listening/talking to anyone, about anything that might be on your mind. I'm a 30 year-old man. I haven't had any major traumatic life experiences or medical/psychological illnesses, but for the last few years I've been struggling with depression and finding happiness. I think reflecting on our emotions and being compassionate are central to working towards creating a sense of well-being and happiness for ourselves. I'll try not to judge.

I hadn't logged on in about 2 years and all the previous conversations/usernames cleared, so if we've talked before and you want to talk again, feel free to message. Note: I never turn down a chat request so if the "continue waiting/cancel" screen comes up, I probably just stepped away from my computer for a second. So if I don't respond right away, please leave a message and I'll get back to you asap.
