...See more Hi everyone, Thanks for taking time to read. I've had crippling anxiety since I was a very young child which has peaked recently. Despite the anxiety, I was always able to hold down a job until very recently when I quit a good job because of it. Ever since then, I've been unable to get a new one as I always cancel interviews right before I'm supposed to go to them. Every time this happens I vow to myself that it will never happen again but now I know I just can't trust myself. I know I would benefit most from some long term help for the anxiety but the waiting list for therapy is so long and if I can get some advice now then I'll take it (especially because I've just let my friend down by declining a job she offered last minute when they needed me - I'm an awful person). Any advice welcome.
