...See more I have been eating way too much for way too long... just gonna go downstairs for a drink but I come back with food also. Just gonna go grab 1 SNACK but I take at least 3x what I came for... Rapid weight gain the past 3/4 years and now I'd probably class myself as extremely fat or obese... I've tried to stop eating so much but I can't help it... How can I avoid eating so much more than I go for? it causes me to have big insecurities and attracts unwanted negativity & comments
