Bio
I have devoted my career to higher education and am on the verge of completing my master's degree in psychology. Throughout my work, I have interacted with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their educational and professional paths while supporting them through life's challenges.
Having personally experienced the difficulties of being a first-generation college student and feeling like I didn't belong, I have developed a deep empathy for those suffering from anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. In addition to struggling with imposter syndrome, I have also gone through personal trauma, but with the help of my loved ones and mental health professionals, I have successfully overcome it.
As a mother of three, I am acutely aware of the challenges parents face daily and the emotional burden that comes with it. Through my personal and professional experiences, I have realized the critical need for targeted outreach to promote mental health wellness, and I am eager to give back to those who may need support in their journey.
