...See more Hello everyone, I just want to share a struggle that I'm having to perhaps get some advice. I have developed extreme anxiety and frequent panic onslaughts, social anxiety, PTSD nightmares, and self-loathing after several incidents of sexually-related harassment and groping. I didn't have access to mental health resources until this fall, and they said that I appear to have OCD centered around the trauma. I've been looking for books/articles to read to try to help me, but most accounts of recovery paths are centered around the more-often discussed scrupulosity OCD and not OCD related to trauma/physical vulnerability/fear of being touched or seen. Does anyone maybe have similar experiences or advice? Thank you

...See more Hello, I've struggled with many overlapping addictions but after a really bad escalation a couple years ago that ended up in my self-cutting and hating life and myself, I decided that I wanted to escape from them if I wanted to someday live a happy life. I've been off of my addictions for a little over a year but lately I've been super impulsive and afraid some of them might come back. Impulsive emotions are overwhelming me and I feel like I am in a nervous breakdown and don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated, Thank you
