How do You Know if You Have an Eating Disorder?

...See more As the title says, how do you know? How bad does it have to be before it is concedered and eating disorder? For instance I eat maybe once a day but what I eat is usually something that's not healthy such as something sweet. and the only things I drink are milk and pop, I know that everyone is supposed to drink water but it just tastes nasty to me and it makes my throat hurt (i dunno why tho). So yeah there's that and if anyone thinks I do have an eating disorder please colabarate as to which one you think I have. Much love!
