...See more I have been accused of sexual assault and I have been thrown in jail 7 years ago they claim they have DNA I just got arrested again for the same crime they do not have DNA I finally got a lawyer I'm taking it to trial but in the meantime I lost my job my wife moved out I have been diagnosed with being bipolar my father-in-law died my mom fell and broke her hips she's elderly and I cannot get a job because of this sexual assault case that's on my record I'm running out of money I'm depressed angry I feel betrayed the system is biased against me I call psychologist but they never call me back for an appointment I just need advice suggestions and if anyone's experienced with this I guess any kind of reply would be nice I spent three days in jail 7 years ago and 4 days in jail recently and i would still be in jail if my brother didn't bail me out I have to be careful of everything I do, there's court orders not to be around certain people I feel like the cops are always watching me waiting for me to make a mistake every time I hear a car door I think they're coming for me it is not very nice and the system is not very fair I am guilty until proven innocent. I have contemplated for a long time what I should do I do not want to go back to jail especially being innocent I have contemplated suicide but there's no way I would do it I have three grandkids and a daughter people tell me it does not look good for me the way the court and the justice system is biased towards women any kind of claim automatically makes someone guilty I have seen the bias myself and I'm living in it there are so many innocent people in jail because they didn't have the resources or money to be able to properly defend themselves
